Ouachita Baptist University Athletics

Kathy Hobbs was an All-State athlete in three sports while attending Stuttgart High School, and brought her variety of talents to Ouachita from 1972-76 as a standout basketball and volleyball player.

As a Ouachita Tigerette, she was All-AWISA in basketball and volleyball. In 1973 she was invited to try out for the National AWISA team that would tour and play against the Soviet Union team during its U.S. tour. She made it to the final cut, which was a significant accomplishment for her.
