Ouachita Baptist University Athletics

Roger Patillo was a two-sport standout in basketball and baseball at Ouachita from 1967-69, but had an exceptional career in baseball helping the Tigers win three straight Arkansas Intercollegiate Championships. Ouachita went on to extend that streak to six straight championship seasons.

The Poplar Bluff, Missouri native was an NAIA All-America honoree in 1969 in baseball and led the Arkansas Intercollegiate Conference that season in batting with an average of .424. He helped lead the Tigers to the AIC and NAIA District 17 championships that season.
