The Lady Tigers had a tough time getting anything going in the first set, losing by a score of 25-14 to a Tech team that seemed to be rolling. Ouachita only collected six total kills in the first set, to Arkansas Tech's 14.

The second set saw the Lady Tigers struggling to get anything going again, falling in the second set 25-14 for a second time. Ouachita upped their number of kills to seven during the second set, but commited seven errors as well.

The final set was close most of the way, until Tech began pulling away late, finishing the set with a score of 25-18 and helping them to their first ever Great American Conference victory. The Lady Tigers collected seven kills in the fourth set, but again posted seven errors as well.
