Box Score DURANT, Okla. – The Tigers lost their second conference game in a row on Saturday, losing to the Southeastern Oklahoma Savage Storm 48-65.
Southeastern grabbed the first lead of the game after a free-throw and never looked back. The Savage Storm led the entire first half, behind Urald King's 10 first-half points. The Tigers went into halftime down 18-31.
The second half was all Savage Storm, again, as they maintained their lead. King finished with a game-high 14 points and also led players with 9 rebounds. The game ended with Southeastern on top, 48-65.
Despite 18 points in the paint, the Tigers had problems shooting the ball all game.
Micah Delph led the team with 10 points.
Carven Holcolmbe grabbed a team-high eight boards and three steals. OBU also received a huge 20-point lift from their bench.
The Tigers (2-4, 0-2) are home on Thursday, Dec. 5, for their third GAC matchup against Southern Arkansas. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
