Box Score ARKADELPHIA, Ark. – In another classic Ouachita/Henderson match-up, Ouachita improved to 8-2, 2-1 with a 3-1 (25-21, 25-16, 22-25, 25-23) win over the Reddies.

Julie Stanley rallied their team all night to secure the win over Ouachita's biggest rival.
The Tigers led the first set from start to finish. While Henderson State led the Tigers in total attacks 39-48, Ouachita committed only three attack errors. The Tigers were led by
Kori Bullard and
Jayme Shell with three kills each. Bullard had an attack percentage of .429 in set one. Senior
Tara Wait had 10 assists to go along with two kills and six digs.
Henderson State took an early lead in set two, but the Tigers rallied and took control of the set after being tied at 6-6.
Abby Pickett dominated the net in set two with six kills and an attack percentage of .455.
Jayme Shell added three kills in Ouachita's total of 12 in the set. The Tigers outhit the Reddies .273% to .125%.
The Reddies came out aggressive in set three to take an early lead. Ouachita rallied back to get with two, 18-20, late in the set. Junior Julie came in off the bench to spark a Tiger rally with three powerful kills and a block. The Tigers had 14 kills in the set but fell short to the Reddies 18.
Ouachita and Henderson State went back and forth in set number exchanging leads and long vollies throughout the set. With it tied 23-23, the Tigers scored two consecutive points to win the set 25-23 and the match 3-1.
Abby Pickett had a monster game with 17 kills and three blocks.
Tara Wait led the Tigers with 41 assists to go along with 13 digs and seven kills.
Julie Stanley was a huge factor off the bench notching seven kills and a block in just two sets.
The Tigers host Northwestern State University this Friday, September 26 at 6:00 p.m.
