WEATHERFORD, Okla. – Senior
Erin Webster shows out accounting for 11 saves in goal for the Tigers in the 1-0 loss to the Southwestern Oklahoma State Bulldogs.
The Tigers and Bulldogs were locked into a battle from the start. The game remained tied at zero for 84 minutes of the contest before Claire Torry of the Bulldogs broke the tie and gave SWOSU the lead.
The Tigers fought hard the putting in five shots in the game. They were efficient though as three of the shots were on goal.
Meagan North and
Ashlyn Heckman both accounted for two shots in the game for the Tigers. Each had a shot on goal as well. Off the bench
Sydni Perry added the other Tiger shot with it being on goal.
Webster who has started all but one of the games in her career, played all 90 minutes for Ouachita. She faced 22 shots from the Bulldogs as 12 of them were on goal.
The Tigers will be back in action next Saturday, Oct. 19 at 12:00 p.m. as they are back at Kluck Field against East Central University.
