ARKADELPHIA, ARK—Coming off a 31-3 win over East Central University on the road, the Ouachita Tiger football team will head home to Cliff Harris Stadium to take on GAC opponent, Oklahoma Baptist University.

Last week, Oklahoma Baptist's three-game win streak was snapped by Harding University in a  33-50 loss. Coming into this game, the Harding defense had only allowed 32 points this season, 14 of which came from Ouachita, however, in front of a sell-out Oklahoma Baptist crowd, the Bison put up 33 points and 357 yards, in their most impressive offensive bout of the season.

Offense: The Bison offense is led by Preston Haire, who against Harding went 23-33 for 282 yards and 4 touchdowns. These numbers aren't unfamiliar territory for the junior quterback Haire, who averages 275 yards passing and over 3 touchdowns per game this year. The rushing game doesn't have as much to show, only rushing for 75 yards against Harding, 45 of which came from designed quarterback runs of Haire extending the play. Haire's favorite target lays in sophomore receiver Joshua Cornell who caught 2 touchdowns and put up 150-yards receiving including a 46-yard long and Shae Garner.

Defense: Against Harding, the OKBU defense gave up 492 yards on the ground and allowed 11-13 third-down attempts. The Bison defense is led by Felipe Alvear who against Harding recorded 14 tackles, 2 for a loss, bringing his total to 37 on the season. Josh Arnold recorded 9 tackles, 1 for a loss and Marcko Lucas recorded 6 tackles.
Ouachita Look-in

Last week for Ouachita, the tiger defense put their foot on the gas pedal in one of their best games this season, only allowing 173 yards and three points. The tiger offense stepped up big too, scoring 24 points in the first half. Ouachita would end up winning the game 31-3.

Offense:
Brockton Brown scored three touchdowns and rushed for 89 yards, averaging 9.4-yards per touch.
TJ Cole rushed for 46 yards averaging 5.1-yards per touch and
Shun'cee Thomas rushed for 34.
Brayden Brazeal went 14-20 for 207 yards and a touchdown. Tight End
Hunter Swoboda reeled in two passed for 51 yards and a touchdown.Â
Hayden Waller had three catches for 47 yards and
Allie Freeman caught seven passes for 37 yards.
Defense:
Hunter White led the Tigers on the defensive end with five solo tackles and two tackles for a loss.
Austin Guymon, and
Keandre Evans both added five tackles, Guymon also accounted for a sack. The Tigers secondary was stingy against East Central's passing attack. For the second game in a rowÂ
Hayden Lassiter accounted for an interception.
