CLAREMORE, Oklahoma – The Ouachita Baptist University men's soccer team dropped a conference road game on Saturday to Rogers State by a final score of 2-0.
The Hillcats (9-3-1, 5-2 GAC/MIAA) scored both of their goals within 30 seconds of each other. The first came at the 5:54 mark and the second game at the 6:26 mark.
RSU outshot Ouachita (1-8-2, 1-5-1 GAC/MIAA) 22-10, including an 8-3 lead in shots on goals. Ouachita's 10 shots were spread out amongst the team with no player having more than two.
The Tigers are back in action on Thursday, October 21 at home against Southern Nazarene. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. following the women's game against SNU at 1:30 p.m.
