WEATHERFORD, Oklahoma – The Ouachita Baptist University women's soccer team concluded the season on Thursday with a 2-0 loss to Southwestern Oklahoma State in the semifinals of the Great American Conference Championship Tournament.
Both goals by SWOSU (13-5-1) came early in the first half, finding the net in the seventh minute and again in the 12th minute.
Ouachita's shots on goal came from
Hayley Wolfe in the 13th minute,
Jaymee Dotson in the 21st minute, Dotson again in the 81st minute, and
Frankie Nine with right at one minute remaining in regulation.
The Tigers finish the season at 9-7-2 overall. It is the third consecutive winning season for the program.
