The Ouachita Baptist women's soccer team fell to Delta State by a score of 2-1 Sunday at Arkadelphia High School's AllCare Field. The Tigers took a 1-0 lead shortly after halftime, but the Lady Statesmen scored a pair of goals in the second half after an injury to Ouachita goalkeeper
Michele Snow forced forward
Jamie Fowler into emergency goalie duty.Â
Jaymee Dotson scored the Tigers' goal in the 48th minute with an assist from
Meagan North off a free kick.Â
Snow made a pair of saves before being sidelined with an injury. Fowler stopped one shot on goal before allowing the tying and game-winning goals.
