Ouachita Baptist volleyball battled back after dropping the first set to tie the match 1-1 Tuesday night, but No. 14 Arkansas Tech won the next two sets to take a 3-1 win at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville. Freshman setter
Kellen Church recorded a game-high 46 assists for the Tigers.
After losing the first set 25-19, Ouachita battled through a close second set to even the match. Despite leading most of the way, the Tigers did not lead by more than three until winning their 22nd point of the set on the way to a 25-21 win.
Ouachita kept it close in the third set as well before falling 26-24. The Golden Suns closed the match strong with a 25-16 win in the fourth.
