THE RUNDOWNÂ
Northwestern Oklahoma State took a 2-0 lead in the first half Saturday at Kluck Field, but the Tigers fought back with a pair of second-half tallies by
Josilyn Kispert before
Jaymee Dotson canned a penalty kick in overtime to give her team a Senior Day victory.
After the Rangers took a two-goal lead in the first 28 minutes, the Tigers went to work, but it would be the final third of the second half before Ouachita found the back of the net. Kispert scored her first goal in the 76th minute with an assist from Dotson. Kispert netted the equalizer six minutes later, taking the ball from a Northwestern defender in the goal box and promptly burying it in the upper left corner.
A NWOSU foul in the 103rd minute set Dotson up for the game-winning penalty attempt, which she put in the upper right corner of the goal.
