Nikki Schneider went the distance in the circle to earn her fourth straight decision.
Tally Turnbow's second-inning RBI single got the scoring started and gave the Tigers a 1-0 lead.
Hope Waid scored on
Sloane Precure's infield single in the third to pad the lead.
The Rangers tied the game with two runs in the fourth. Ouachita answered with two in the fifth, as

Northwestern would tie the game with two more runs in the fifth, but Schneider held them off the board the rest of the way. Jones drove in the go-ahead run with a single in the sixth, and Turnbow plated
