The Tigers struck first with four runs in the first.
Jillian Jones drew a bases-loaded walk to start the scoring.
Callie Jourdan followed with an infield single to plate another run.

Heather Brown's safety squeeze bunt.Â
The Cotton Blossoms scored runs in the third and fourth innings and took the lead with a four-run fifth.Â
Lexie Foreman's pinch-hit RBI single through the right side plated
Sloane Precure with the tying run. A sixth-inning home run put the Blossoms back on top, but the Tigers were not done.Â
With two on and two out, Brown stepped to the plate and delivered a single. Arreola, at second after her first career stolen base, scored on the hit. An error by the UAM center fielder allowed Waid to score the go-ahead tally.
