ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita Baptist University men's soccer team went goal-for-goal with Newman at home on Saturday, resulting in a 3-3 tie at Kluck Field.
Ouachita (1-10-4, 1-6-2 GAC/MIAA) came out aggressive on offense and ended up recording or matching season highs in points (9), goals (3), assists (3), shots (21), shots on goal (11), and corner kicks (5).

Henry Terry turned in the best performance of his career with two goals and an assist on Saturday. He started the scoring in the 26th minute with his second goal of the season, and then added his now team-high third goal of the year in the 70th minute. In between those two goals, Terry had the assist for teammate's
Ebon Jordan goal in the 52nd minute.
Terry and Jordan are now tied for the team lead in goals this season with three each.
Kristian Baker got the assist on Terry's first goal.
David Stankovic has the assist for his second goal.
Newman (1-11-3, 1-6-2 GAC/MIAA) scored goals in the 47th, 65th, and 90th minutes of the game, respectively. The Jets scored the final equalizer with 44 seconds remaining in regulation.
The Tigers are on the road next week to take on Rogers State on Thursday and Southern Nazarene on Saturday.
