HOT SPRINGS, Arkansas – Ouachita Men's Soccer dropped their final match on the season 3-2 to the Harding Bisons.
The Senior Day match was played at Lakeside High School in Hot Springs due to bad weather and field conditions at Kluck Field.
Prior the match, the seven Tiger seniors:
Natnael Abeje,
Emilio Garcia,
James Jolly,
Caden Pulliam,
David Stankovic,
Henry Terry, and
Morris Tsuma were honored despite continuous rainfall.
The Tigers led 1-0 at the half with an
Eli Jenkins goal at the 32 minute-mark that was assisted by
Eli Stuart.
The Tigers extended their lead to 2-0 at the 54 minute-mark with a goal from
David Stankovic that was assisted by
Ebon Jordan.
The Bisons tied the match with two goals of their own in just over minute's time in the 61
st and 62
nd minutes. They then added a third and game-winning goal in the 88
th minute of the match.
The Tigers attempted to tie it up in the final minutes, getting off a few shots on goal, but ultimately unable to even the score.
