ARKADELPHIA – The 14th-ranked Ouachita Baptist University football team is back in action this Saturday, October 21 at home against Arkansas Tech for Ouachita Football Alumni Day.
Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Cliff Harris Stadium. Ticket booths open at 10 a.m. Tickets purchased online can be claimed at the will call window. The game can be heard on the Ouachita Football Network on radio affiliates statewide starting at noon with the pregame show. Ouachita is coming off its first regular season loss since week 10 of the 2021 season. The Tigers lost to then-ranked No. 9 Harding last Saturday in Searcy by a final score of 41-10. The Tigers are now 6-1 and in a tie for second place in the Great American Conference.
Arkansas Tech enters Saturday's game on a three-game win streak after starting the season 0-4. Most recently, the Wonder Boys beat Arkansas-Monticello at home last Saturday by a score of 24-10 for the program's first win over an in-state opponent since 2017.
In addition to the normal halftime performances by the Ouachita marching band and spirit squads, all Ouachita football alumni in attendance will be recognized on the field.
