TAHLEQUAH, Oklahoma – The Ouachita men's soccer team finished the 2023 season on Thursday night with a scoreless draw on the road against Northeastern State.
The Riverhawks (7-5-4, 5-4-2 GAC/MIAA) finished with a 21-10 advantage in total shots and a 10-4 lead in shots on frame.
Ouachita (0-14-4, 0-9-3) took seven of its shots in the second half and kept Northeastern out of the net despite pair of shots on frame in the final three minutes, the last coming in the final seconds.

Dillon Staal totaled a career-high 12 saves to help him record his first shutout of the season and second of his career.
