ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita men's basketball team is set to open up the 2024-25 season Friday night as part of the 2024 GAC/MIAA Conference Challenge in Little Rock.
The Tigers will face off against the Hillcats on Rogers State University on Friday, November 8 at Little Rock Christian Academy's Warrior Arena. Tip off is set for 7:30 p.m.
Ouachita will then take on the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith Lions on Saturday, November 9 at 6 p.m. also in LRCA's Warrior Arena to close out the second year of the GAC/MIAA Conference Challenge.
There are a lot of new faces on this year's men's basketball team, as seven newcomers will join six returners. Highlighting the returners are
Reggie Martin, who started 23 games and averaged over 10 points per game last season, and
MJ Leslie, who tallied 13 starts and was second on team in three-point percentage in 2023-24.
