KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Two Ouachita midfielders, including freshman Andrew Castellanos and senior Alexis Murillo, were both named to the 2025 United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II Men's All-Central Region Team. 

Castellanos emerged onto the scene and earned First-Team All-GAC/MIAA and D2CCA First-Team All-Region honors following his stellar debut season. The freshman out of Balch Springs, Texas led the Tigers with four assists and six points. His 1.88 average shots per game ranked eighth in the GAC. Castellanos ignited the offense down the home stretch as Ouachita won four of its last five matches.

Both players scored their lone goal in the season opener draw against Union in Tennessee. Murillo slipped assists in road matches against Harding and Southern Nazarene, both matches which the Tigers won.
