RICHMOND, Virginia – The Ouachita men's and women's swimming and diving teams both earned Fall Scholar All-America Team honors from the College Swim Coaches Association of America for their performances in the classroom last semester.
 
The Tigershark women ranked 11th in all of Division II with a 3.68 team GPA and the men ranked in the top 35 teams in DII with a team GPA of 3.33.
 
On the women's side, the Tigersharks were the highest ranked team out of the two New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference members that earned Scholar All-America honors. On the men's side, Ouachita was the only team in the NSISC to earn the Scholar All-America honors.

Both teams posted the highest respective GPAs in Arkansas across all NCAA Divisons.
 
The Tigersharks will be back in action when they compete in the NSISC Championships that are set to take place on February 18-22 in Cleveland, Mississippi.
