NO. 18 UCM POWERS PAST OUACHITA

ARKADELPHIA – 18th-ranked Central Missouri scored two goals in each half in route to shutting out Ouachita on Sunday at Kluck Field.

The Jennies moved to 5-1 this season with goals in the 21st, 38th, 59th, and 63rd minutes, respectively.

UCM held a 20-9 advantage in total shots, a 9-2 margin in shots on goal, and an 8-1 edge in corner kicks.

Olivia Erskine and McKenna Wright had two shots each for the Tigers. Isabella Savattere and Raeleigh Pope each added one shot.

Sunday's game was the final non-conference contest of the season for the Tigers, who now turn their attention next Saturday's Great American Conference opener against East Central on the road.
