SEARCY, Arkansas – The Ouachita volleyball team lost in straight sets on Tuesday night on the road against Harding in Great American Conference action.
Final set scores were 25-17, 25-15, 25-19.
The Tigers struggled to find a rhythm offensively, collecting 18 kills and 17 errors on 107 swings for a .009 team hitting percentage.
On the other side of the net, the Bisons hit .240 as a team and finished with 48 total kills.
Kailey Thedford and
Ruby Farris tied for the team-high in kills with five each.
Kylie Kisgen finished with 20 digs, marking her second match of the season to register at least 20.
Mack Bidwell and
Delaney Gonzalez also contributed defensively with nine and seven digs, respectively.
The Tigers were active at the net on defense with three different players having at least four total blocks.
Leah Gardner registered three block solos and three block assists.
Sophie Henry added five block assists.
Kyleigh Casey had four block assists.
Ouachita is back in action this Thursday night at home against Arkansas-Monticello. First serve is set for 6 p.m.
