• XC 5K: 28:34.8 (U of the Ozarks Invitational - Fall 2023)
• T&F 200M: 32.44 (East Texas Invitational - Spring 2023)
• T&F 400M: 1:16.91 (16th place at East Texas Invitational - Spring 2023)

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in one meet for the Tigers... Ran the 5k at the University of the Ozarks Invitational with a time of 28:34.8 and a top 70 finish.

2023 TRACK AND FIELD: Made collegiate debut at the Little Rock Invitational, running the 400m with a time of 1:17.78 and an 18th place finish... Competed in two meets for the Tigers... Set a personal best in the 400 with a time of 1:16.91 and a 16th place finish at the East Texas Invitational... Also ran the 200m at the East Texas Invite with a time of 32.44.

AT PONDER: All State Academic Cross Country and Track... All A Honor Roll (9th-12th)... Team 2nd in State Cross Country (10th)... 2nd place individual TAIAO State XC Championship... Regional Qualifier Track (11th and 12th)... 3rd place District Track 300 Hurdles... Lettered in track, cross country, basketball, soccer, and cheer... NCA All American Cheerleader.
