2025 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets... Posted two top 10 finishes... Ran a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 18:42.77 at the Carl Kight Invitational... Recorded a personal best in the Mile with a time of 5:54.48 at the Samford Indoor Open... Finished in the top 20 in the 5000m at the 2025 GAC Championships... Named to the Dean's List for Spring 2025. 

2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets... Posted three top 25 finishes... Set a personal best in the 5K at the Tiger Invitational with a time of 19:15.8, placing ninth... Placed 17th at the Argonaut Invitational.

2024 TRACK & FIELD: Made collegiate track & field debut in the 1500 with a time of 5:06.42 with a top 20 finish at the Hendrix Invitational... Competed in five meets for the Tigers... Ran the 1500m four times, setting a personal best in the event at the Arkansas State Alumni Classic with a time of 5:03.70... Competed in the 5000m twice and se a personal best at the 2024 Great American Conference Championships with a time of 19:21.83... Named to the Dean's List for Spring 2024. 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Made collegiate cross country debut at the Memphis Twilight Classic with a time of 20:36.3... Competed in four meets for the Tigers... Set a personal best in the 5k with a time of 19:42.7 at the 2023 Great American Conference Championships... Helped the Tigers earn a runner-up finish at the 2023 GAC Championships.
