2025 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets, posting four top 10 finishes... Set a personal best in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 12:31.77 at the Harding Invitational, placing a season-high fourth... Also set a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:56.30 to place fifth at the Bryan Phillips Invitational... Also ran a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 18:38.25 at the SFA Carl Kight Invitational... Placed in the top 15 of the 5000m at the GAC Championships... GAC Academic Honor Roll member... Named to the Dean's List for Spring 2025.

2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets... Posted three top 30 finishes and one top 10 finish... Set a new personal best in the 5k with a time of 19:07.0 at the Bob Gravett Invitational, placing 16th overall... Finished 10th at the UWF Argonaut Invitational with a time of 20:27.9... Placed in the top 40 at the GAC Championships... GAC Academic Honor Roll member... Named to the President's List for Fall 2024. 

2024 TRACK & FIELD: Made collegiate track debut at the Hendrix Invitational with a 1500m time of 5:11.97... Competed in seven meets for the Tigers... Set personal bests in the 800m (2:24.27) and the 1500m (4:57.21) at the Stephen F. Austin Carl Kight Invitational in Texas... Placed seventh in the Mile at the Rhodes College Invitational with a time of 5:22.79... Ran the 1500m at the 2024 Great American Conference Championships and placed 16th with a time of 5:00.17... Named to the Dean's List for spring 2024. 

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Made collegiate debut at the Memphis Twilight XC Classic with a 5k time of 20:47.5 and a top 100 finish... Set a personal best in the 5k at the University of the Ozarks Invitational with a time of 19:27.4 and a fifth place finish... Named to the Dean's List for fall 2023.

AT LAKE HAMILTON: Lettered in Cross Country and Track and Field.
