• T&F 3000M: 11:21.62 (Indoor Gorilla Classic - Spring 2025)
• T&F 5000M: 19:27.85 (6th place at Hendrix Invitational - Spring 2025)
• T&F 10,000M: 40:00.27 (4th place at Ouachita Invitational - Spring 2025)

2025 TRACK & FIELD: Made collegiate track & field debut in the 3000m at the Indoor Gorilla Classic... Competed in five meets, posting three top 15 finishes... Set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 19:27.85 to place sixth at the Hendrix Invitational... Also set a personal best in the 10,000m with a time of 40:00.27, placing fourth at the Ouachita Invitational... Named to the President's List for Spring 2025

2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Made collegiate cross country debut at the Bob Gravett Invitational with a personal best 5k time of 19:04.3 and a 15th place finish... Competed in three meets... Finished in the top 60 at the GAC Championships... Named to the Dean's List for Fall 2024. 

AT CONWAY: 2024 Arkansas 6A Central All-Conference and Champion in 3200m... Three-time 6A Central All-Conference Cross Country honors (2020, 2021, 2023)... Two-Time 6A Central Conference Cross Country Champion (2020, 2021)...  2021 Arkansas 6A All-State honors in 3200m... 2021 6A Central Conference Champion and All-Conference in 800m and 3200m... High Honor Graduate.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Riley and Mary Swindle... Has two siblings: Cade and Addy... Brother Cade is also a member of the Ouachita XC/TF teams... Majoring in kinesiology... Born September 8.
