Set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 15:13.81 at the SFA Carl Kight Invitational... Also ran a personal best in the 10,000m with a time of 32:41.70 at the GAC Championships... Named to the President's List for Spring 2025.
2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed at six meets... Posted two top 10 finishes... Set an 8K personal best with a time of 25:50.8 at the DBU Old Glory Gallop... Placed fifth at the Bob Gravett Invitational with an 8k time of 26:51.3... Finished ninth at the UWF Argonaut Invitational... Finished in the top 35 at the GAC Championships... 2024 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets... Ran the 5000M five times and posted a season-best time of 15:51.17 at the Stephen F. Austin Carl Kight Invitational... Set a personal best in the 10,000m with a time of 33:12.30 to take third place at the Rhodes College Invitational... Placed 9th in the 10,000m at the 2024 Great American Conference Championships with a time of 33:24.73... GAC All-Academic Team honors... Named to the Dean's List for spring 2024.
2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets for the Tigers... Won the University of the Ozarks Invitational with a season best 8k time of 26:14.9 for the first place finish... Posted a top 35 finish at the 2023 Great American Conference Championships with an 8k time of 26:15.3... Competed in the 2023 NCAA Central Regionals with a 10k time of 32:54.6... GAC All-Academic Team honors.
2023 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in two events across seven meets with one top 5 finish... Ran the 5000M six times with his top performance coming at the East Texas Invitational with a third place finish and an outdoor personal best time of 15:57.38... Set an indoor 5000M personal best at the Indoor Gorilla Classic with a time of 15:37.74... Named to Dean's List for spring 2023.
2022 CROSS COUNTRY: Second Team All-Great American Conference... Made collegiate debut at the Bob Gravett Invitational with a second place finish and a 5K time of 15:24.9... Competed in six meets with three top 15 finishes... Set an 8K personal best at the GAC Championships with a time of 26:05.6 and a 14th place finish... Placed ninth at the Argonaut Invitational with a time of 28:11.6... Ran the 10K at NCAA Regionals.
