2025 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets posting one top 10 and two three top 15 finishes... Placed a season-high sixth in the 5000m at the Bryan Phillips Invitational with a time of 16:40.74... Set a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 9:37.20 at the Harding Invitational.
2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets... Set a personal best in the 8k with a time of 27:29.8 with a 20th place finish at the Tiger Invitational... Placed 16th at the Bob Gravett Invitational with a time of 28:28.61.
2024 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets... Ran the 800m three times, setting a personal best time of 2:07.20 at the Arkansas State Alumni Classic, placing 15th... Also ran the 1500m three times, setting another personal best with a time of 4:20.61 at the 2024 Great American Conference Championships... Set personal bests in the Mile (4:53.09) and the 5000m (16:38.61) at the Rhodes College Invitational.
2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets for the Tigers... Set an 8k personal best at the Great American Conference Championship with a time of 28:18.8 and a top 75 finish... Set a 5k personal best at the Southern Arkansas University Lois Davis Invitational with a time of 18:00.5 and a 13th place finish... Named to the Dean's List for fall 2023.
2023 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three events across five meets with three top 15 finishes... Ran the 1500M three times with his top performance coming at the GAC Championships with a personal best time of 4:28.27... Placed seventh and ran a personal best in the 5000M at the Little Rock Invitational with a time of 17:04.68... Named to Dean's List for spring 2023.
