2025 TRACK & FIELD: First Team All-Great American Conference in the 3000m Steeplechase... Competed in five meets, posting five top 10 finishes and one win... Placed third in the 3000m Steeplechase with a personal best time of 9:21.22 at the GAC Championships to earn first-team all-conference honors... Won the 3000m Steeplechase (9:31.35) at the Ouachita Invitational... Set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 14:51.52 at the SFA Carl Kight Invitational... Earned a top five finish in the 1500m (4:01.65) at the Hendrix Invitational... GAC Academic Honor Roll member... Named to the President's List for Spring 2025.

2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets... Placed 15th at the Tiger Invitational with a season-best 8k time of 27:19.0... GAC Academic Honor Roll member.. Named to the President's List for Fall 2024.

2024 TRACK & FIELD: Second Team All-Great American Conference... Placed 6th in the 3000m Steeplechase at the 2024 GAC Championships with a personal best time of 9:40.27 to earn second team all-conference honors... Made collegiate track debut at the Hendrix Invitational, placing fourth in the 1500m (4:03.30) and sixth in the 800m (1:59.05)... Competed in six meets for the Tigers... Placed second in the 3000m Steeple at the Oklahoma Baptist Invitational (10:08.19)... Set a personal best in the 1500m at the Arkansas State Alumni Classic with a time of 3:58.47 to finish sixth... Named to the President's List for Spring 2024

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: All-Ouachita Athletic Team Selection... Second Team All-Great American Conference... Made collegiate debut at the Memphis Twilight Classic with an 4-Mile time of 22:37.7... Set a personal best in the 8k at the GAC Championships with a time of 25:18.7 and an 11th place finish... Ran the 10k at the 2023 NCAA Regionals... Also finished in the top 25 at the Trevecca Nazarene Invitational... Named to the President's List for Fall 2023.
