COLLEGIATE PERSONAL BESTS (PRIOR TO 2025-26 SEASON): 

• XC 8K: 26:34.1 (9th place at Tiger Invitational - Fall 2024)
• T&F 800M: 2:20.82 (Bryan Phillips Invitational - Spring 2025)
• T&F 1500M: 4:32.42 (14th place at Ouachita Invitational - Spring 2025)
• T&F 5000M: 16:49.51 (10th place at SAU Dan Veach Invitational - Spring 2025)

2025 TRACK & FIELD: Made collegiate track debut at the Harding Invitational, running the 1500m with a time of 4:59.38... Competed in four meets, posting two top 15 finishes... Set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:20.82 at the Bryan Phillips Invitational...  Ran a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:34.42 to post a 14th place finish at the Ouachita Invitational... Also set a personal best in teh 5000m with a time of 16:49.41 at the SAU Dan Veach Invitational to place tenth... Named to the Dean's List for Spring 2025.

2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Made collegiate debut with a 10th-lace finish at the Bob Gravett Invitational... Competed in five meets... Posted two top 10 and three top 20 finishes... Set a personal best in the 8k with a time of 26:34.1 with a ninth-place finish at the Tiger Invitational... Placed in the top 55 at the GAC Championships... Named to the Dean's List for Fall 2024. 

AT CONWAY: 2021 Arkansas 6A All-State honors in cross country... Three-time 6A Central All-Conference cross country honors (2021, 2022, 2023)... Two-time Arkansas Cross Country All-Star Team selection (2020, 2021)... 2024 6A Central All-Conference track and field honors.

PERSONAL: Son of Patrick and Sarah Henry... Has one sibling, Molly.... Majoring in criminal justice... Born July 20.
