2025 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in four meets, posting three top 15 finishes in the 800m... Finished in a season-high sixth place in the 800m at the Ouachita Invitational with a time of 2:27.19... Ran a season-best time of 2:19.81 in the 800m at the GAC Championships, finishing 13th...  Named to the President's List for Spring 2025.
2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets... Set a 5k personal best time of 19:41.1 at the Bob Gravett Invitational, posting a 25th place finish... Recorded a top 25 finish at the Argonaut Invitational with a time of 21:42.9... Named to the President's List for Fall 2024.Â
2024 TRACK & FIELD: Made collegiate outdoor debut in the 1500m (5:05.49) and the 4x400m Relay at the Hendrix Invitational... Competed in nine meets for the Tigers... Ran the 800m eight times, setting a personal best with a time of 2:17.70 to come in eighth at the Arkansas State Alumni Classic... Named to the Dean's List for Spring 2024.
2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Made collegiate debut at the Memphis Twilight XC Classic with a 5k time of 20:36.4... Set a personal best in the 5K with a time of 20:07.5, finishing 10th at the University of the Ozarks Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL:Â Member of 2020, 2021, and 2022 state championship cross country team... Member of the 3A 2023 state champion 3200m relay squad... 2021, 2022, and 2023 800m outdoor state champion... 2022 400m outdoor state champion... 2022 Tulsa World Track athlete of the year finalist... Set the Oklahoma 3A outdoor state meet record in the 800m in 2023 (2:14.47)... Also lettered in basketball.
