The Bonfire

All students and faculty need to gather at the Tiger prior to 6:00 p.m. At 6, the students will light their torches and begin the march to the intramural fields for the 2015 Battle of the Ravine Bonfire and Pep Rally featuring the Ouachita Tigers Marching Band and Ouachita Tigers Cheer Squad. There will be a fireworks display at 7:00 p.m. Immediately after the fireworks, students are invited and encouraged to stay and enjoy the bonfire and partake of the Chili Dog Bar provided by Sodexo. Â
Battle of the Ravine Pep Rally

KATV-7 Daybreak's Battle of the Ravine Pep Rally will begin broadcasting at 5:30 a.m. on Friday morning. Students and faculty are encouraged to arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 a.m. The broadcast will run from 5:30 to 7:00 a.m. Sodexo will provide donuts, assorted pastires and muffins, and coffee and hot chocolate for those in attendance. The Ouachita Tigers Marching Band and Cheer Squad will be in attendance to help us show our true Tiger Pride!
The Ouachita Baptist University Bookstore will give away a $25 gift card to the student showing the most spirit during the Daybreak Pep Rally. To qualify you must be present at the end of the rally to win.

Game Day
Saturday, November 14, 2015
Students will be able to set up in the tailgate area of Cliff Harris Stadium from daylight to 9:30 a.m. The Game Day Tailgate festivities will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will feature music performed by a live band made up of current Ouachita students. The Sodexo Game Day Buffet will begin serving at 11:00 a.m. and will feature BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Baked Potato Salad, Coleslaw, a Frito Chili Pie station, a Gourmet Dessert Bar Station, and water and sodas. Service will run until the 1:00 p.m. kickoff.   Â
