Jordan Bailey is in his fourth season as the assistant men’s basketball coach at Ouachita Baptist. Before his time at Ouachita, Bailey spent a season at the University of Central Arkansas. While at UCA, Bailey was the Director of Operations for the men’s basketball program.
In Bailey's final year at UCA, the Bears broke a school record for most Division I wins in a season, most Southland Conference wins in a season, first ever Southland Conference Tournament win, and first ever Division I postseason win in the College Basketball Insiders Tournament (CBI).
Prior to his time in Conway, Bailey was an assistant at a pair of high schools in Springfield, Missouri. From 2014-2016 he was the Assistant Coach at Hillcrest High School, who in 2015 finished runner-up in Class 4 in Missouri. Bailey was also an assistant coach at Greenwood Laboratory School from 2012-2014.
Bailey began his career as a student manager at his alma mater, Missouri State, under former Head Men’s Basketball Coach Paul Lusk.
Bailey and his wife, Kelsey, reside in Arkadelphia.
