2017-2018 (Junior): In his first season in Arkadelphia, Franklin made quite the impact. The junior led the team in total rebounds (118), tied for the team lead in blocks (11) and was second on the team in points per game (10.8), total points (303) and rebounds per game (4.2). Franklin shot .543 from the floor and .609 from the free throw line. Had 16 double-digit scoring efforts. Had a double-double (17 pts/11 reb) against Northwestern Oklahoma State on (1/25), Scored a career high 27 points against Southeastern Oklahoma State on (2/10) and played a career high in minutes (40) against Southwestern Oklahoma State on (1/27).  

Before Ouachita: Attended Richland College in Dallas, TX for the 2016-2017 season…Was the #3 player in the country for all levels of JUCO in efficiency on the block…Averaged 14 points and 7 rebounds per game, while shooting .550 and .410 percent from the field and behind the arc…High School teammate of #11 Jordan Corbitt.
