Bostick is in his ninth year at Ouachita as the men's and women's swimming and diving head coach.
In his near decade leading both the men's and women's swim team at Ouachita, Bostick was named the New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference's women's Coach of the Year in 2020. He has produced three national qualifiers and multiple Academic All-Americans, with the 2020-21 women's swimming and diving team having the number one overall team GPA in the nation that season. Bostick has also seen six school records broken and helped provide major facility upgrades to Waggoner Pool, such as new diving boards, starting blocks and locker rooms during his nine seasons leading the Tigersharks.
Bostick originally came to Ouachita as a student in 2004, where he was a four-year letterman for Ouachita's swimming and diving team. In 2008, he graduated with a BA in accounting and began working as a tax accountant for Purvis Gray & Company.
In 2010, Bostick was hired as the head swimming and diving coach at Buchholz High School in Gainesville, Fla. He coached the Bobcats until coming to Ouachita. Bostick also has served as owner and head coach of High Tide Aquatics in Gainesville, where he and his staff of eight assistants trained senior-level athletes.
