Ouachita Baptist University Athletics

Veteran cross country and track & field coach Cezar Terlea joined the Ouachita coaching staff for the 2025-26 seasons.

Terlea most recently served as head coach for the cross country and track & field programs at Hendrix College for four years. He was also head coach for the Central Baptist College in Conway for the seven years prior to moving across town to coach the Warriors. 

The Romania native started his coaching career in the early 1990s with Scoala Nr. 164 in Romania. In addition to Hendrix and CBC, Terlea has also coached at Henderson State and UALR.
