Biography

2010: Askew earned 2010 Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Year honors after playing in 60 games during her Freshman season, accumulating a batting average of .350, a total of 64 hits, 51 runs, 11 doubles, 1 triple, 5 home runs and 17 RBI.

Askew is the current single-season school record holder for runs scored in a season with 51 runs in 2010. In her two seasons on campus, the outfielder has lead Ouachita in scoring during both seasons with a team-high 27 runs in 2011. The Weatherford native also accumulated a team-high 11 stolen bases in 2011.
