Jalissa Trotter as an assistant coach in the summer of 2020. Trotter joined the Tigers after a year of professional volleyball and a standout playing career at Syracuse.
"We are so excited to have Coach T join us," Frizell-Kizer said. "She has a wealth of knowledge that will improve our offensive game and has a work ethic to match it. She was a versatile player all throughout her high school, college, and professional career and I know she is excited to share that and coach here at Ouachita. She is already fitting in perfectly and I can't wait to see how our athletes improve over this fall off season."
Trotter comes to Arkadelphia after leading Polkky Kuusamo of Finland's Mestaruusliiga to a 23-5 record and a first-place finish. She was named the Mestaruusliga Women's Player of the Month in February of 2020.
