Lydia (Gutierrez) Rogers joined the Ouachita department of athletics staff in the summer of 2019 as senior woman administrator and director of athletic compliance.
No stranger to Ouachita, Rogers has been around Arkadelphia since the late 1990s, earning a bachelor's degree in accounting and spanish in 2002 from the university.
Before joining the Ouachita staff, she served as the financial coordinator at First Baptist Church in Arkadelphia for 12 years.
She is married to Dr. Rickey Rogers, also a Ouachita graduate who was recently appointed as the university's vice president for student development, effective June 1, 2022. They have three children - Rickey, Jr. Reyna, and Ryan.
