Marc Guerrero enters his fourth season on staff with the Ouachita football program.
Throughout his first three seasons on staff, Guerrero has coached 10 All-Great American Conference selections, including standout defensive backs in Josiah Johnson and Steven Weston. Johnson was a two-time All-American safety, was named the 2024 GAC Defensive Player of the Year, and was later selected as the winner of the Cliff Harris Award, which is presented annually to the top defensive back in the nation. Weston was a two-time All-GAC honoree and earned all-region honors as a senior in 2025. He later went on to play in the CFL
Guerrero spent his college football career at Trine Univeristy in Angola, Indiana. The Merrillville, Indiana native played all four years with the Thunder, totaling 84 tackles and four interceptions.
