Box Score DURANT, Okla.- After taking a win at home against winless Southern Arkansas on Thursday, the Ouachita Lady Tigers (9-5, 2-2 GAC) suffered their second conference loss of the season as they traveled to Durant, Oklahoma on Saturday for a match-up with Southeastern Oklahoma State (7-7, 3-1 GAC). The Lady Tigers were unable to make their shots from the floor, shooting only 25 percent for the game, but somehow hung close with SEOSU. Their 38 second half points were just not enough to push them to victory though, as Southeastern matched their second half scoring and took the victory by a final score of 61-55.

Tamara Robinson, who led the Lady Tigers with 15 points in just 17 minutes off of the bench. Sophomore
Elise Holman added nine points while seniors
Beulah Osueke and
A'Laeshia Adams both added eight. Holman recorded 11 rebounds in the game, just missing a double-double, while Osueke reigned in 10 boards of her own.
Nikki Nester led the scoring surge for Southeastern, posting a game-high 24 points while also recording four rebounds. Ashley Hobbs scored 11 for Southeastern, adding a game-high 14 rebounds as well for a double-double. Bailey Welch recorded a game-high five assists for SEOSU while Ali Stone registered a team high two steals.
Ouachita forced Southeastern to turn the ball over 20 times while only turning it over 14 times themselves. The difference in the game was their tough first half from the floor, only scoring 17 points.
The Lady Tigers return to action on Thursday, when they host the Lady Bison of Harding University. Tip off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
