FOUR TIGER BASKETBALL PLAYERS EARN ACADEMIC ALL-DISTRICT HONORS

ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita women's basketball team has earned four selections to the 2025-25 Academic All-District Team, presented by College Sports Communicators.

The four Tigers to earn the academic honors are seniors Abbey Harrison, Heidi Robinson, and Madeleine Tipton, and sophomore Kayden Porter.

Tipton is now a three-time CSC Academic All-District honoree after earning her third straight GAC Elite Scholar Athlete award this past season. The Vilonia, Arkansas native is a 4.0 student on pace to graduate in May with a degree in kinesiology and education.

Robinson is now a two-time pick to the CSC team and is also set to earn a degree in kinesiology and education this May. Harrison and Porter are earning their first CSC honor. Harrison is set to graduate in May with a degree in biology. Porter is a second-year nursing major.

All four were starters for the Tigers this year. Tipton and Robinson also earned all-conference honors for their respective performances on the court this season.
