LAWTON, Okla. – Tiger Tennis took on three different opponents last week, two of them ranking in the top 31 in Division II.

The #28 Tigers competed against #31 Washburn University on Thursday but came up shorting, losing 6-3. On Friday, however, the Tigers bounced back and defeated Colorado State University-Pueblo 5-4. The Tigers then faced #16 Cameron University but lost 5-1.

Marko Boskovic, the third-ranked singles player in Division II, highlighted the week, winning all three of his singles matches in straight sets. Boskovic and his doubles partner, Vitor Oliveira, teamed up to go 2-1 on the week, grabbing wins against Washburn University and CSU-Pueblo.

Oliveira, the 19^th ranked singles player in Division II, also won a singles match in straight sets against CSU-Pueblo.
