Hector Duron and
Dylan Tritton each scored second-half goals to give the Ouachita Tigers a 2-0 win over Dallas Baptist. It was the home opener for Ouachita who now stand 3-0 to start the season.
After a scoreless first half, Duron scored off the assist from
Tinashe Chigede in the 58th minute to give the Tigers the 1-0 lead. It was Duron's first career goal as a Ouachita Tiger.
Sewell Yost found Tritton in the 83rd minute to increase the Tiger lead to 2-0. The goal was Tritton's first of the season.
Nelson Pacheco gathered two saves and aided the Tigers in earning their third straight shutout win.
Ouachita travels to Claremore, Oklahoma this Thursday to face Rogers State University. The match is set to start at 6:00 p.m.
