Ouachita Baptist men's basketball fell to Arkansas-Monticello 55-52 in the lowest-scoring game of the year for either team.  Matt Stanley was the Tigers' leading scorer on Senior Night with 13 points.

Cold shooting from beyond the arc kept the Tigers' scoring total down, as Ouachita made three of 17 attempts from long distance. 

Kendarious Smith contributed 12 points in his final regular season game at Bill Vining Arena. Ma'Darius Hobson pulled down a team-leading eight rebounds.
 

THREE THINGS TO KNOW

- In order to host a first-round game in the Great American Conference Tournament, the Tigers need only to beat Arkansas Tech in Russellville on Saturday
- Smith is now 11 points shy of tying Mahlon Martin for 14th on the Tigers' all-time scoring list
- Harding and Arkansas Tech both also lost on Thursday, meaning the 4-6 seeds in the GAC East remain unchanged

7.0- The Tigers held the Boll Weevils' three leading scorers - Miles Daniels, Denzel McDuffey and DaJuan Jones - to 21 points combined, an average of 7.0 each
