Ouachita Baptist women's tennis fell 6-1 to Arkansas Tech in Russellville on Wednesday. Clarisa Valenzuela picked up the Tigers' lone victory on Court 5 in singles.

The Golden Suns swept the doubles point, but not without a fight from Valenzuela and Olivia Gaston, who took their match on Court 3 to a tiebreak before falling 7-6(8). 

Valenzuela defeated Megan Bell 6-4, 6-2 on Court 5 to pick up her second consecutive singles victory.

The Tigers are back in action Friday at Henderson State.
