No. 6 seed Ouachita Baptist women's tennis lost 4-1 to No. 3 Arkansas Tech in the quarterfinals of the Great American Conference Tournament on Friday at Memorial Park in Bentonville, Arkansas. Olivia Gaston's 6-0, 6-0 win on Court 6 gave the Tigers their lone point of the match.

The Golden Suns picked up wins on Courts 1 and 2 to win the doubles point. Gaston was the first singles player to clinch her match, defeating Addison Masters while giving up only three points. 

Arkansas Tech won on Courts 1, 2, and 3 to clinch the match and advance to the semifinals, where it will take on No. 2 Southeastern Oklahoma State. 

Gaston's win was her second straight 6-0, 6-0 singles victory. The Tigers fell to 0-5 all-time in GAC Tournament matches.
