HAYS, Kansas – The Ouachita Baptist University men's soccer team opened its trip to Kansas with a 4-0 loss to Fort Hays State on Thursday night.
The Tiger defense put together a solid first half, keeping FHSU to just one goal for a 1-0 score at halftime. However, FHSU found the net three times in the second half, including two in the final 15 minutes for the lop-sided win.
FHSU outshot Ouachita 25-4, including a 10-2 lead in shots on goal.
The Tigers head to Wichita for a Saturday afternoon contest against Newman. Kickoff is set for noon.
