Ouachita Volleyball fell to Oklahoma Baptist by a score of 0-3 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
The set scores were 19-25, 26-24 and 16-25.
Ouachita was led in kills by
Emily Adams with eight and
Riley Braziel and
Haley Fairchild who each had six.
Courtney Hanson recorded 29 assists along with two aces for the team lead in both categories.
Defensively,
Haley Fairchild led both teams in blocks with six for the second straight match. Fairchild was also the only Tiger to reach the double-digit point mark with 10.
Two Tigers reached the double-digit dig mark however, with
Lexie Castillow leading with 21 and
Courtney Hanson next with 11.
Ouachita Volleyball will look to bounce back next Thursday, October 6 at home against East Central in the Battle of the Tigers. That match will be the first of three-straight matches for the Tigers as they play Thursday, Friday and Saturday of next week.
